1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Steps to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at homecraftwonders@gmail.com with details and proof of the defect or damage. We will process your exchange as soon as possible.
4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
5. Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
